| 摘 要： | 该文分析了目前食品分析实验教学中存在的不足,并从独立设课,优化实验教学内容,改革教学方法,强化教学考核,提高教师的素质和科技促教学等6个方面对食品分析实验教学改革进行了探讨,为应用型食品人才的培养奠定基础。

| Abstract: | The deficiencies of food analysis experimental teaching were analyzed,and the reformation counter-measures were proposed including independent class,optimizing experiment teaching contents,reforming teach-ing methods and evaluation,improving teachers' quality and science and technology promoting the teaching and so on,which lay a foundation for the cultivation of the applied talent of food. |
