摘    要:新生研讨课是大学本科教学领域的一种新型的课程和教学模式,也是解决大学新生适应专业及兴趣的一种途径。该文主要从课程设置背景、课程内容设计、课程教学的开展、课程教学效果4个方面阐述本科新生研讨课《食品的安全鉴别与食用》的设计与实施。实施结果表明,关于《食品的安全鉴别与食用》的新生研讨课取得了很好的效果,对新生具有很大的帮助。

Design and Implementation of 'Food Security and Identification and Consumption' of Seminars for Undergraduate Freshmen
Abstract:Seminars for freshmen is a new curriculum and teaching model teaching in undergraduate teaching areas. It is also a way to solve the professional and interesting of college freshmen. This article explains the design and implementation of 'Food security identification and consumption' of Seminars for undergradu-ate freshmen from four aspects of the curriculum background,curriculum content design,carrying out the teaching,curriculum teaching effect.The results show that it achieved good results on'Food security identifi-cation and consumption'of the freshman seminar,and it has great help to undergraduate freshmen.
