新疆6种豆科作物立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群研究

摘    要:从新疆6种豆科作物病株或周围病土样上分离得到77个丝核菌(Rhizoctonia DC)菌株,其中74个为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn).对74个立枯丝核菌菌株的菌丝融合群(AG群)判定表明,新疆6种豆科作物上的立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群有AG1、AG2、AG3、AG4、AG5,其出现频率分别为21.6;、40.5;、1.4;、35.1;和1.4;.6种豆科作物立枯丝核菌菌丝融合群组成各有不同.

Abstract:Seventy-seven isolates of Rhizoctonia spp.were isolated from diseased tissues and soil in six Leguminaceous crops in Xinjiang,China.Seventy-four isolates were identified as Rhizoctonia solani.According to the test of anastomosis groups(AGs),seventy-four isolates of Rhizoctonia solani were categorized as follows: AG1、AG2、AG3、AG4、 AG5.The occurrence frequency was21.6%、40.5%、1.4%、35.1% and 1.4% respectively.Anastomosis Groups Rhizoctonia solani isolated from six Leguminaceous crops have different composition.
