| 摘 要： | 农业高新技术成果转化模式的正确选择,可以有效地促进农业经济的发展和农业科技的进步。文章立足于黑龙江省,研究了当前主要的农业高新技术成果转化模式,分析了影响农业高新技术成果转化模式选择的一些关键因素,如市场环境的变化长期稳定的科技政策、经济与科技发展的长远规划、资金的投入等。

| Abstract: | The correct choice of transformation pattern of agricultural high and new technology achievement may the effectively promote development of agricultural economy and progress of the agricultural science and technology.Based on situation of Heilongjiang Province,current main transformation patterns of agricultural high technology and new technology achievements were studied.Some key factors influencing choice transformation pattern of agricultural high and new technology achievements were analyzed,such as change of market environment,long term and stable science and technology policy,long term plan of economic and science and Technology development,input of funds,etc. |
