| 摘 要： | 在硝酸纤维素膜上进行的斑点免疫胶体金检测烟草环斑病毒技术已经建立.免疫金染色检测提纯病毒的灵敏度为25ng,检测病汁液可稀释10倍.使用免疫金/银染色则灵敏度更进一步提高.

| Abstract: | A method for detecting tobacco ring spot virus on nitrocellulose strips with IgG-gold has been developed.The sensitivity for purified virus and infected sap was 25ng,10 -1 dilution respectively with immunogold staining.The sensitivity could be improved by immunogold/silver staining. |
