双膜模型气体吸收速率方程的应用

摘    要:本文以气体吸收的双膜模型为理论基础,应用分子扩散的费克定律推导出气、液膜分子扩散速率方程以及气体吸收速率方程.同时指出,若要提高吸收速度,首先应了解过程的控制类型,有针对性地采取措施;应用吸收速率方程时,要注意传质推动力与传质系数的对应关系及各传质系数之间的关系;气体吸收速率方程仅适用于稀溶液体系.

Abstract:Based on the fictitious double - membrance model theory and the Fick law for molecule diffusion and the Henry law of thin solution, the rate equation for gas absorption was expounded, the result was discussed. This paper shows that the result applies to thin solution system. Two reality example were answer in the end of the paper.
