蔓生扁荚菜豆主要农艺性状与总产量的遗传相关性分析

对14份扁荚菜豆资源的9个主要农艺性状与产量的遗传相关性进行了分析,结果表明:总产量与单花序结荚数呈极显著正相关,与嫩荚长、嫩荚宽和节间数呈显著相关,与抗根腐病等级呈显著负相关。正相关性由大到小依次排列为:单花序结荚数>嫩荚长>节间数>嫩荚宽。结合育种实践,总结了选育丰产性扁荚菜豆新品种的方法,为提高育种效率,缩短育种周期提供参考依据。

Correlation Analysis on Yield and Main Agronomic Characters in Straggling Flat Pod Bean

In this paper, yield and 9 main agronomic characters genetic correlation in 14 flat pod bean resources were analyzed. The results suggested that yield and pod number per inflorescence had very significant positive correlation. The yield and other three characters, pod length, pod width and internode number, had significant positive correlation. The yield and disease resistance had negative significant correlation.
