盐胁迫下黄瓜根系分泌物对土壤养分及土壤酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验,以耐盐的津春5号和盐敏感的津优1号黄瓜品种为试材,以NaCl为盐胁迫条件,浓度为0、200 mmol·L-1,根系分泌物浓度为0、30、20 mL·株-1,研究盐胁迫下不同浓度的黄瓜根系分泌物对土壤养分及土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,盐胁迫处理降低了黄瓜的茎粗、株高、土壤酶活性、碱解氮含量、速效磷含量及有机质含量,显著提高了速效钾含量。盐胁迫下,除速效钾外,30 mL·株-1的低浓度根系分泌物对各处理指标均有促进作用,对盐害有一定的缓解作用;20 mL·株-1的高浓度根系分泌物对各处理指标有抑制或显著抑制的作用,加重了盐害的胁迫程度。

Abstract:Salt tolerant cucumber variety'Jinchun No.5'and salt sensitive variety'Jinyou No.1'were used with NaCl concentration as 0 and 200 mmol·L-1,root exudates concentration as 0,30 mL per plant and 20 mL per plant to study the effect of cucumber root exudates on soil nutrients and enzyme activities under salt stress by pot experiment.Results showed that salt stress inhibited stem diameter,plant length,soil enzyme activities,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen content,available phosphorus content and organic matter content,and significantly increased available potassium.Under salt stress,except available potassium,low concentration of root exudates(30 mL per plant)promoted every index in each treatment,eased salt stress to some extent;high concentration of root exudates(20 mL per plant)inhibited or significantly inhibited every index in each treatment,aggravated slat stress.
