真姬菇液体培养基的正交试验研究

摘    要:采用深层培养方法,筛选出较优的碳源、氮源,在此基础上设计3因素4水平的正交试验,筛选出真姬菇最适液体培养基为马铃薯20%、红糖2%、酵母粉0.2%、MgSO40.05%、KH2PO40.15%。

Abstract:The study on submerged culture of Hypsizigus marmoreus showed the optimum carbon source and the nitrogen source. By the orthogonal test with three factors and four levels, the optimum liquid medium recipe was gained. The study shoed that the optimum liquid medium recipe was potato 20%, brown-sugar 2.0% ,yeast powder 0.2% ,MgSO4 0.05% and KH2PO4 0.15%.
