| 摘 要： | 迭部林业局种苗公司在过去几年的生产运营过程中,逐渐显露出管理与生产运营不规范所带来负面影响。本文对种苗公司在企业管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,找出了公司在运营管理、产品结构等方面的不合理性。从产业结构调整、新技术引进、人力资源开发、竞争机制的引入、产品销售、顾客及售后管理等方面提出公司运营规范化的建设措施。
