乡村振兴背景下农业职业教育的机遇、挑战与应对

乡村振兴背景下,农业职业教育有必要进行供给侧改革,通过校企合作、信息化、智慧化目标、教学资源共享、专业结构优化等策略不断推进农业职业教育的发展。机遇到来的同时也面临着巨大挑战,农业职业教育依然存在着整体发展薄弱、教育体系不完善、教学模式落后等巨大差距。分析乡村振兴背景下农业职业教育的发展现状,以此为切入点探究其挑战与机遇,并进一步提出有效的应对策略,可以为农业职业教育的转型与发展提供一定参考。

Opportunities, Challenges and Countermeasures of Agricultural Vocational Education Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

Agricultural vocational education is the field of talent cultivation to promote the transformation of agriculture into "modernization" in China. To implement rural revitalization strategy, it is necessary to break the talent bottleneck restriction dilemma. Under the background of rural revitalization, it is necessary to carry out supply-side reform in agricultural vocational education, constantly promote the development of agricultural vocational education through school-enterprise cooperation, informationization, intelligent objectives, teaching resource sharing, specialized structure optimization and other strategies. However, it needs to be made clear that while opportunities are coming, there are great challenges as well. There are still huge gaps in agricultural vocational education, such as weak overall development, imperfect education system, backward teaching mode, etc. Based on this, this paper analyzes the development status of agricultural vocational education under the background of rural revitalization, and takes this as the breakthrough point to explore its opportunities and challenges. Furthermore, it proposes effective coping strategies for it, so as to provide reference for the transformation and development of agricultural vocational education.
