环境友好型农业技术创新的国际经验及启示

长期以来,我国农业发展依赖于 “高消耗、高污染 ”的发展模式,这与国家所倡导的积极构建环境友好型和资源节约型社会的理念相违背。目前,我国发展生态友好型农业面临着优质耕地资源稀缺,化肥使用率过高,农业技术不能满足农民需求等挑战,从借鉴国际上的成功经验出发,提出应该建立健全生态农业规章制度,规范农业有机认证,引进先进国家农业技术,加强对农民自身的教育和培训等建议。

The International Experience and Enlightenment of Technological Innovation of Environmentally Friendly Agriculture

For a long time, the development of agriculture in our country depends on the "high consumption and high pollution" pattern, which is contrary to the idea of building environmentally friendly and resource-conserving society in our country. At present, to develop the eco-friendly agriculture in China is faced with the challenges that high-quality cultivated land is scarce, utilization rate of chemical fertilizer is high, agricultural technology can''t meet farmers'' needs, etc. Using some successful international experience for reference, this paper proposes to establish and improve the rules and regulations of ecological agriculture, standardize the agricultural organic certification, introduce the advanced agricultural technology, strengthen the education and training for farmers.
