农村生活垃圾处理公众参与的法律路径研究

Research on Legal Path of Public Participation in Rural Domestic Waste Disposal

Since the new century, the phenomenon of "waste surrounding the village" has shocked the Chinese people, whose important reason is that public participation lacks and standardized mechanism is not in place. The research on legal mechanism of deepening public participation in the field of rural domestic waste disposal will help make up for the defects of market and administrative behavior in rural governance, provide positive guide for the idea of rural green development. This paper demonstrates the importance of public participation in rural domestic waste disposal through a macro analysis of the rural environmental problems. By studying the rights protection and mechanism restriction of public participation, and the specific content of public collaboration with relevant departments, this paper explores to provide the legal support and systematic governance framework for public participation in rural domestic waste disposal, and create a good environment for the construction of rural ecological civilization.
