巴西橡胶芽接树砧穗互作的蛋白质组初步研究

摘    要:运用蛋白质组学研究技术,寻找砧木和接穗互作相关蛋白。以巴西橡胶树3种芽接组合植株的砧木与接穗结合部附近处的胶乳为试验材料,经双向凝胶电泳(2-DE)分离获得胶乳中存在的差异表达蛋白,采用质谱技术鉴定出32个差异表达蛋白,这些蛋白主要参与转录、翻译、光合作用、细胞分裂、蛋白质合成和胶乳合成等生物学过程。

Abstract:The proteomics research technique was applied to find the proteins related to the interaction between rootstock and scion. Latex colleced from the rootstock and scion parts of 3 budgrafted rubber trees as the experimental materials, differentially expressed proteins were obtained by 2-DE. Using MS technique, 32 differentially expressed proteins were identified. These proteins were mainly involved in transcription, translation, photosynthesis, cell division, protein synthesis and latex synthesis.
