| 摘 要： | 采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对青海湖裸鲤的心脏，肾脏，肝脏，鳃, 肉和眼睛6种组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶进行了研究，同时与草鱼的相应组织做了比较。发现青海湖裸鲤有17条亚带，并用热变形实验初步确定这些亚带分属5种LDH同工酶，草鱼有11条亚带，并在其肾脏发现有X区带。

| Abstract: | Six tissues(heart,kindey,liver,gill,muscle and eyeball)of naked carps (G.przewalskii)were used to investigate lacatedehydrogenase(LDH) isozymes by means of polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis.17 subbands were found and shown initially to belong tofive LDH isozymes by means hot denaturation method.The isozyme-spectraof lacate dehydrogenase were compared in the corresponding tissuesbetween he naked carps and the grass carps.11 subbands were foud intissues of grass carp,including a X band. |
