摘    要:以"克新13"马铃薯为试材,利用钼酸钠溶液浸种处理,通过考察种薯淀粉含量、还原糖含量、蔗糖含量以及马铃薯芽粗和芽干重的变化,研究钼酸钠浸种处理对马铃薯萌发的作用效果。结果表明:适量钼酸钠(2.0~5.0mg·L-1)浸种处理通过促进淀粉分解,提高还原糖和蔗糖含量,进而增强了芽势,促进幼芽增粗和干物质积累。

Abstract:In the experiment,we used potato(Kexin No.13)as experimental material,adopted soaking treatment with sodium molybdate solution,studied the effects on germination of potato through investigating the seed potato starch content,reducing sugar content,sucrose content,the changes of bud diameter and bud dry weight.The results shows that appropriate amount of sodium molybdate(2.0~5.0 mg·L-1)with soaking treatment can improve the thickness and dry matter accumulation of buds by promoting the decomposition of starch,improving the contents of reducing sugar and sucrose,so bud growth potentials were enhanced.
