| 摘 要： | 用不同注量的热中子照射大豆风干种子的试验结果表明:热中子不仅对大豆的M_1的幼苗生长、成株率和孕性产生明显的损伤效应,而且能够诱发其M_2的叶绿素缺失突变和孕性、熟期等农艺性状的突变。不同品种大豆对热中子的辐射敏感性有明显差异。

| Abstract: | The experimental results of by using different dose thermal neutron radiating natural dryed so ye ban seeds is following: thermal neutron not only produce significant damage effect to growth of seedling, rate of growing to mature plant, character of booting of M1, but also can induce de-ficience of chlorophyll and agronomic traits mutation of characters of booting, character of ripening stage of M2. Different specicas of soybean sense different to thermal neutron. |
