摘    要:人参皂苷CompoundK为二醇型皂苷,在人参中的天然含量甚微,它是二醇型人参皂苷在人肠道内降解后的主要产物。近年来的研究表明,人参皂苷CompoundK在抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病、神经保护、抗衰老及抗炎等方面都具有明显的作用。本文通过对相关文献的查阅。对人参皂苷CompoundK的天然来源、化学修饰方法、生物转化方法及主要生物活性进行综述。

Abstract:Ginsenoside compound K is a protopanaxadiol type ginseng saponins and also is the major form of protopanaxadiol saponins metabolized in the body. Recently, studies have indicated that various biological actions of ginseng were resulted from the ginsenoside compound K after the experiments in vivo or in vitro, particularly its antieancer, antidiabetic, neuroprotection, antiaging and anti inflammatory. In this paper, the progress in the natural sources, chemical modification, biotransformation and the main bioactivity of ginsenoside compound K were reviewed.
