摘 要: | 目的研究人工合成精氨酸双糖苷AFG的急性毒性作用。方法将人工合成精氨酸双糖苷AFG以最大浓度和最大给药体积给KM小鼠灌胃给药。观察7d内小鼠的毒性反应以及死亡情况。结果小鼠未出现死亡情况,未测出LD50,测得其最大耐受量为6g/kg,与成人日用人参量3-9g相比,相当于成人人参日用量的4-13倍。结论人工合成精氨酸双糖苷AFG无急性毒性作用,具有较好的安全性。

Abstract: | Objective To observe the actue toxicity test of Argininyl-fructoul-glucose in mice.Methods:Use Argininyl-fructoul-glucose with the maximum concentration, the maximum volume of mice a drug to fill the stomach,observed in the 7 d mice toxicity and death.Results:All mice survived,the LD50 unforeseen measured,the Maximum tolerated dosage was 6g/kg,compared with adult daily ginseng 3 - 9g, which is equivalent to the adult clinical dose of 4-13 times.Conclusion:AFG had no obviously the acute toxicity in mice,and AFG has better security. |
