摘    要:在15-35℃范围内的9个温度下测定了温度对菜蛾绒茧蜂Cotesia plutellae Kurdj.的个体发育,种群存活率和种群增长潜能的影响。卵-结茧,结茧羽化两阶段的发育速度与温度均呈直线关系,发育起点温度分别为10.6和11.8℃,有效积温常数分别为105.6和62.0日度。

Abstract:The development, survival and reproductive potential of Cotesia plutellae Kurdj. , a larval parasite of diamondback moth, Plutella xylostella L. , were tested under nine constant temperatures ranged from 15 C to 35 C. The relationships between the development rates of the parasite, from egg to cocoon and from cocoon to emergence, and temperature were linear forms. The development zeros and thermal constants of the two developmental stages were determined as 10. 6 and 11. 8 C , and 105. 6 and 62. 0 day degrees, respectively. The survival rate of the immature stage was highest at 25 C , and lowest at 15 and 35 C. Longevity of the adult decreased with increase of temperature. The mean parasitized host number per female was highest at 20 C (311) and 25 C (293), and decreased with the temperature lower or higher than this temperature range. Its intrinsic rate of increase was highest at 30 C.
