小麦纹枯病药剂防治技术

摘    要:进行了防治小麦纹枯病单剂和混剂农药的筛选及其应用技术的研究。结果表明,供试药剂对小麦纹枯病菌都具有抑制作用,但其有效浓度有所不同。福美双,多菌,灵,三唑酮,担菌灵和井冈霉素的EC50分别为12.2857、4.0346、1.7824、4.0346和16.9200μg/ml;混剂福美双十三唑酮的EC50为0.28050μg/ml,共毒系为1109.857,具有明显增效作用。在此基础上,田间比较了上述药

Abstract:The screening of effective single and mix-fungicides and their application techniques to control wheat sharp eyespot were reported in this paper. Bioassay results showed that the fungicides could inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis, but the concentrations of inhibition were different. Effective concentration EC50 of thiram, carben-dazim, triadimefon, peronil and Jingganmycin was 12. 2857, 4. 0346, 1. 7824, 4. 0346 and 16. 9200 ug/ml, respectively, EC50 of thiram triadimefon was 0. 2805 jug/ml, the co-toxicity coefficient (CTC) was 1109. 857, the mix-fungicide had synergism. On the basis of above resulds, the control effect (CE) of three application methods was compared in field experiments. The experiment demonstrated CE of seed treatment by the fungicides was obviously superior to CE of spraying by the same fungicide, CE of seed treatment by triadimefon was 75. 80%, the CE of seed treatment by triadimefon was the best in single-fungicides, the sustained period of CE was the longest, CE of seed treatment by thiram triadimefon was 95. 09%,the best in mix-fungicides. Spraying by triadimefon and Jingganmycin had better control effect. Seed treatment added spraying (once, in spring) by fungicides could effectively control the development of sharp eye-spot of wheat.
