防潮型中密度纤维板的研制

摘    要:研究了以脲醛胶为主,三聚氰胺胶为辅制造防潮型中密度纤维板的工艺条件,讨论了热压时间、热压压力、热压温度、施胶量、配胶比例对中密度纤维板物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:配胶比例是重要的影响因子。采用试验所得的优选工艺制得的产品各项指标均达到或优于防潮型中密度纤维板国家标准。

Abstract:The manufacturing technology of humidity resistant MDF with UF and MF was studied. The effects of several factors, such as hot-pressing time, hot-pressing pressure, resin consumption, and the ratio of MF to UF, on physical and mechanical properties were discussed. The results showed that the ratio of MF to UF was the most important factor influencing the panel's properties. The main physical and mechanical properties of the board prepared according optimum condition met the requirements of humidity resistant MDF specified in national standard.
