摘    要:为了迅速获得纯系材料,缩短育种年限,进而提高育种效率,对获得单倍体植株的重要方式即未授粉子房或胚珠的离体培养进行了研究,发现影响其效果的主要因素有植株的基因型、生长季节、胚囊发育时期、接种前外植体的预处理方式、接种方式、培养基等,并对其进行详细阐述,且这些影响因素并不是孤立存在的,而是由多种因素共同作用、相互影响;因此,植物未授粉子房或胚珠离体培养虽取得了大量的研究成果,但仍需进一步完善。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to obtain the pure line materials quickly, shorten the breeding period and improve the breeding efficiency, the important way of obtaining haploid plants was that in vitro culture of unpollinated ovary or ovule was studied. It was found that the main factors affecting the effect were the genotype of plants, the growth season node, the development period of embryo sac, the pretreatment method of explants before inoculation, the inoculation method, the culture medium and so on, which were elaborated in detail, and these influencing factors were not isolated, but they were mutually influenced and interacted by many factors. Therefore, a lot of research results had been achieved in vitro culture of unpollinated ovary or ovule, but that still needed to be further improved.
