| 摘 要： | 对寒冷地区屋面防水工程现场施工进行了比较研究。结果表明：寒冷地区屋面发生渗漏的主要原因是屋面防水层失效造成的，防水层失效主要由于防水材料质量、找平层和保温层的施工质量、使用情况等多种原因导致的，针对寒冷地区屋面工程的具体情况，指出了进行屋面渗漏维修的措施和办法。同时提出了解决寒冷地区屋面渗漏的多种途径和屋面工程发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors analyze the construction of roof-waterproof-engineering in cold area. The result showed that the main reason leading to roof leaking in cold area is default of waterproof layers on roof. While the quality of waterproof material and constructional quality of removed layers and temperatured layers and so on lead to the default of waterproof layers. In order to solve the problem of the leak roof maintenance in cold area, the authors introduce some leak-prevention technical methods and put forward the developmental prospect of roof engineering. |
