| 摘 要： | 从对开放存取的宣传、支持和参与开放存取实践活动、承当开放存取资源长期保存任务等3个方面分析了图书馆在开放存取资源建设中的作用,并从利用开放存取资源补充馆藏、利用机构知识库推动图书馆管理方式的完善、利用开放存取知识库的系统软件促进数字图书馆建设3个方面探讨了图书馆对开放存取资源的利用。
