摘    要:双峰驼之所以受大家瞩目是因为其拥有着与众不同的生物学特性,其在干旱、高温、荒漠草原等极端恶劣的环境条件下仍可保持正常的生理状态,在摄入比其他家畜高达8倍之多的盐碱情况下仍不患盐敏感性高血压。双峰驼的这些特点与其CYP酶系特殊性有一定的关系,因CYP酶系可参与机体多种内源性物质和外源性物质代谢过程,调节血管活性、调节炎症和应激反应等。论文结合新近的研究结果和相关文献,对双峰驼CYP酶系中CYP1A、CYP2C、CYP2D、CYP2J和CYP3A等在肝脏微粒体中含量较高,而且对动物内源性和外源性物质代谢发挥关键作用的重点酶研究进展进行综述。

Advance in Partial Key CYP Enzymes in Bactrian Camel

Abstract:Bactrian camel is famous for its unique biological characteristics.It can maintain its normal physiological state under the extreme habitat conditions of drought,high temperature and desert grassland,and consumes up to 8 times more salt than other livestock,but does not suffer from salt-sensitive hypertension.The biological characteristics of Bactrian camel have a certain relationship with the specificity of CYP enzyme system,because CYP enzyme system can participate in various metabolism of endogenous and exogenous substances,regulate vascular activity,regulate inflammation and stress response.Our research team carried out a systematic study on the CYP enzyme system of Bactrian camel funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.Based on the recent experimental results and relevant research reports,the research progress of key enzymes in Bactrian camel CYP enzymes,such as CYP1A,CYP2C,CYP2D,CYP2J and CYP3A,which have high content in liver microsomes and play a key role in the metabolism of endogenous and exogenous substances in animals,was briefly reviewed.
