猫白血病病毒的检测及pol基因遗传进化分析

摘    要:为调查猫白血病病毒(FeLV)在青岛地区的流行情况,对2018年—2019年在青岛地区动物医院采集的25份临床疑似患有猫白血病的病料进行FeLV的RT-PCR检测,并对阳性样品的PCR产物进行了测序和遗传进化分析。结果表明,25份样品中14份检测为FeLV阳性,检出率为56%,检出率较高。同源性分析表明,除4株毒株同源性为100%外,其余各毒株间同源性差异较大,在85.5%~99.6%之间,各毒株间发生了一定变异。遗传进化分析表明,13株毒株独自形成一个分支,与来自中国台湾的FeLV-TWK30毒株遗传进化关系较远。可见猫白血病病毒在青岛地区的感染已较为严重,加强监测及防疫已经刻不容缓。

Abstract:In order to investigate the prevalence of feline leukaemia virus(FeLV)in Qingdao area,a total of 25 samples of suspected feline leukemia cases collected from animal hospitals during 2018 to 2019 were tested by PCR and the positive PCR products were sequenced and analyzed.The results showed that the positive rate of FeLV was 56%(14/25).The gene analysis showed that the homology of the four strains of FeLV was 100%,and the homology rate of other FeLV strains was 85.5%-99.6%.The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the 13 FeLV strains formed one separate branch.The infection of FeLV in Qingdao area has been more serious,and it is urgent to strengthen monitoring and epidemic prevention.This study enriched the molecular epidemiology and genetic evolution of FeLV in China,and provided a reference for subsequent research on FeLV.
