摘    要:实验动物尸体的处理是保证高等级生物安全实验室安全运行的重要环节,其设备也是高等级生物安全实验室安全运行的核心关键。论文通过介绍目前国内外高等级生物安全实验室广泛应用的动物尸体处理工艺,为我国生物安全实验室动物尸体处理工艺研究和设备选型提供参考。

Abstract:Large body size is often one of the best predictors of long life span across species of mammals.In marked contrast,there is considerable evidence that,within species,larger individuals are actually shorter lived.This apparent cost of larger size is especially evident in the domestic dog,where artificial selection has led to breeds that vary in body size by almost two orders of magnitude and in average life expectancy by a factor of two.The IGF-1 gene is a key regulatory in GH/IGF-1 and IIS(insulin/IGF-1)pathways,plays an important role in regulating growth and development,longevity and metabolism of different organisms.In dogs,IGF-1 is closely related to the body size and longevity.Dogs may serve as a very useful model to understand the relationship between variation of IGF-1 gene and body size and lifespan.This paper reviews the studies on the variation of IGF-1 gene and the body size and aging of dogs,so as to provide reference for anti-aging research.
