摘    要:纤维素的结晶区是纤维素酶降解纤维素效率不高的制约因素.在纤维素生物降解的基础上,从产结晶纤维素酶的微生物,酶的作用机理,酶的基因工程与蛋白工程,以及结晶纤维素酶的研究前景等方面对结晶纤维素的降解作了综合评述.

Abstract:Despite its simple chemical composition,cellulose exists in a number of crystalline and amorphous topologies.Its insolubility and heterogeneity makes native cellulose a recalcitrant substrate for enzymatic hydrolysis.On the basis of the hydrolysis of cellulosic biomass,in this review the basic research on crystalline cellulose-degrading enzyme was concerned.Main avicelase-producing organisms were described.A mechanistic model for the action of enzyme complexes on the surface of insoluble substrates,some opportunities of cellulase improvement by means of gene and protein engineering and its biotechnological perspectives were discussed.
