| 摘 要： | 微生物实验室废弃物合理处置与安全管理是高校实验室安全管理的核心内容，处置不当会造成环境污染或人身伤害，甚至导致社会公共安全事故。分析了微生物实验室废弃物分类与合理处置方法，探讨了废弃物安全管理的发展现状及国内高校存在问题，提出了相应策略：制定完善的管理制度，健全废弃物安全管理体系；加强宣传教育与人员培训，提高相关人员的安全意识；加强微生物实验室废弃物处置设施建设；建设微生物实验的虚拟仿真教学项目。

| Abstract: | It is the core contents of universities’ laboratory safety management for reasonably treating and safety managing the microbial laboratory waste. If improper disposal, environmental pollution and personal injury will be caused, and even lead to social public safety accidents. The methods of waste classification and reasonable disposal in microbiology laboratory were analyzed, the development status of waste safety management and the existing problems in domestic universities were discussed, and the corresponding strategies of microbial laboratory waste were put forward as following: formulate perfect management system and waste safety management system; strengthen publicity and education and personnel training, improve the safety awareness of relevant personnel; strengthen the construction of microbiology laboratory waste disposal facilities; construct the virtual simulation teaching project of microorganism experiment and so on. |
