| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyzed the stage and method of controlling the engineering cost. We also analyzed some problems and its reason existing in project construction, and we point out that design stage is the most important stage and the method to controlling the engineering cost is the using of design tendering and quota design, and at the same time, examination process should be considered. |
