摘    要:采用室内水培实验研究了Zn、Pb和Cd 3种金属对小麦籽粒发芽及其幼苗生长的毒害效应.结果表明,3种金属对小麦籽粒发芽率和幼苗的株高、鲜重和膜抗损伤能力等均具有显著性负面影响;3种金属对小麦叶绿素有着不同的影响;Zn可导致小麦叶片可溶性糖含量降低,而Pb和Cd可以增加其含量.

Abstract:The effect of the toxicity of these heavy metals on some physiological characters of wheat seedling was studied.The results showed that the germination percentage,fresh weight,height of plant and anti-damage ability of cellular membrane were significantly influenced negatively by these heavy metals.The contents of chlorophyll in leaf of wheat seedling differed with the different heavy metals and their different treated concentrations.The content of soluble sugar in wheat leaf was decreased with the increasing of concentration of Zn,and increased with the increasing of concentration of Pb and Cd.
