| 摘 要： | 目的：在分子水平探讨ＥＢＶ在鼻咽癌发生发展中的作用。方法：采用ＥＢＶｅｎｃｏｄｅｄｓｍａｌＲＮＡ（ＥＢＥＲ）原位杂交对２８例鼻咽癌和７例慢性鼻咽炎组织进行了检测。结果：２８例鼻咽癌组织中有２３例阳性，７例慢性鼻咽炎均是阴性。鼻咽高分化鳞癌、低分化鳞癌和未分化癌均存在ＥＢ病毒感染，不同分化程度的肿瘤组织间ＥＢＥＲ阳性率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：在鼻咽癌的发生中ＥＢＶ感染起非常重要作用。鼻咽活检组织中有ＥＢＶＲＮＡ片段的检出，对确定鼻咽癌的诊断具有一定的价值

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the distribution of the Epstein Barr virus(EBV)in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:28 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 7 cases chronic nasopharyngitis were detected by in situ hybridization.Results.The positive rate of EBER in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and chronic nasopharyngitis was 23/28 and 0/7 respectively.The existence of EBER was not obviously related to the degree of carcinoma differentiation.Conclusions:EBV infection may be important pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and EBER can be an important index in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. |
