| 摘 要： | 人类自身的生存与可持续发展离不开安全营养的食品。鉴于当前我国频发的食品质量安全危机问题,简述了20 a以来的重特大食品安全事件,深层次研究分析了我国严峻的食品质量安全形势以及我国食品质量安全危机爆发的根本性原因,并提出了相应的对策措施。 |

| Abstract: | The survival and sustainable development of human depend on the safe nutritious food.In view of the current frequent food quality security crisis in China,the major and heavy food safety incidents in recent 20 years are introduced.The serious food quality security situation and the fundamental cause of food quality security crisis in China are analyzed deeply,and the countermeasures are given. |
