草麻黄茎、叶显微结构观察

摘    要:(1)麻黄茎的初生结构与被子植物茎的初生结构相似,但在靠近表皮的薄壁组织中有许多束状厚角组织排列成一环。(2)草麻黄的纱叶结构简单,无栅栏组织和海绵组织的分化,在叶片叶肉组织中仅有两束维管束。(3)草麻黄茎节部有许多维管束斜向伸入叶内,分为两束。这种维管束斜生于茎内的部分,称为叶茎。在茎的维管系统内,位于叶迹的近轴处,由薄壁组织所充满。

Abstract:The primary structure of Ephedra sinica was similar in anatomical to angiosperm.There were many bundle of collenchyma arranged in a circle submerged in the parenchyma beneath epidermis.(2)Anatomical structure of primary leaf was simple,There was no differentiation between palisade tissue and spongy tissue,and there were only too bundle of bundles.(3)There were parts of bundles stretched into leaves at node and they diuided into too parts.These parts of bundles in the stem be regarded as leaf trace.At the gaps of bundle circle there were many parenchyma cell.
