日本农民职业教育：现状、特点及启示

The Status Quo,Characteristics and Inspirational Value of Japanese Vocational Education for Farmers

Based on the needs for training versatile and practical talents,the Japanese vocational education for farmers fits modern economic development,insists on the educational pattern that integrates academic education with lifelong open education,sticks to the educational method which combines theory with practice,persists in the teaching contents that adapt to the needs of the development of society and economy.The farmers’ vocational education in Japan,one of the very few successful education patterns in the world,has formed a multi-level and stereoscopic educational system composed of vocational high school education,continuing education,agricultural technology universal education,and training education at home and abroad.China can learn from this successful education pattern to speed up its rural modernization,and to form new farmers’ vocational education system which suits the development of the new countryside.
