摘    要:从北京平菇(Pleurotus ostreatus)产区收集的木霉病害样本,通过分离纯化及显微观察,确定了5种引起袋栽平菇发病的木霉菌,分别是绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride)、康氏木霉(Trichoderma koningii)、拟康氏木霉(Trichoderma pseudokoningii)、哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)和桔绿木霉(Trichodermacitrinoviride),并发现了平菇栽培中的优势污染种--绿色木霉和康氏木霉。

Abstract:Trichoderma spp were isolated on potato dextrose agar medium from contaminated Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation substrate collected from a mushroom production facility located in the Beijing suburbs. Five Trichoderma species were identified by microscopic examination, Trichoderma viride, T. koningii, T. pseudokoningii, T. harzianum and T. citrinoviride, among which T. viride and T. koningii were predominant.
