| Abstract: | Tissue culture in vitro of floral receptacle and seeding are normal methods for quick propagation of Ger bera jamesonii in MS culture medium with different hormone content. Among which MS BA8.0 NAA0.1 had the best inducing effect on floral receptacle, MS BA0.5 NAA0.1 had the best increment effect and 1/2MS IBA0.3 had best rooting capadty. |
