| 摘 要： | 将实验室制备的3批山羊痘油佐剂灭活疫苗,分别免疫接种一定数量无羊痘抗体的山羊,山羊于免疫接种后4.5个月、7个月、9.5个月和12个月用AV40株强毒进行攻击。结果显示,3批疫苗接种的山羊免后4.5个月攻毒均100%保护,免后7个月攻毒平均80%保护,免后9.5个月攻毒平均60%保护。实验表明,此山羊痘灭活疫苗免疫后6个月能够维持较高的抗体水平,其免疫持续期可规定为6个月。

| Abstract: | The three batches of oil-adjuvant inactivated capripoxvirus vaccines made in laboratory were vaccinated subcutaneously to goats without capripoxvirus antibody. At the end of 4.5,7,9.5 and 12 months after vaccination,these goats were challenged against capripoxvirus AV40 strain(1 000 ID50).The results showed that protective rate of vaccines of the three batches were all 100% at the end of 4.5 months after vaccination,and 80% protective rate at the end of 7 months, 60% at the end of 9.5 months after vaccination.So we can concluded that the inactivated capripoxvirus vaccine have a higher antibody level within 6 months.The immunity protection term can defined 6 months. |
