| Abstract: | The paper introduces a method of DNA isolation. This method has the advantages of rapid, simple and high efficient. Using this method, pure DNA without RNA can be acquired in 60 minutes. Acquired DNA has high purity and can meet the need of enzyme digest and PCR reaction. |
