| 摘 要： | 文章简述了民国时期山西的造林规划及保护措施,从地域、荒地、沿途、经济、城市等方面的造林措施加以分析;探讨了生态调适中“人尽其力”“地尽其用”的基本精神,以及如何将造林作为可持续发展的环境营造途径,即,不仅因地制宜、循序渐进,同时为百姓生活谋利,还要将根植与保护相协而行,这将具有不可估量的当代价值。
