摘    要:采用超声提取法提取黄花忍冬茎和叶中绿原酸并用HPLC法测定其含量.Phenomsil C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13:87),流速为0.8 mL·min~(-1),检测波长为327nm.结果表明,在0.20-1.00μg范围内绿原酸呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为95.50%,RSD=2.86%.此方法快速简便,重现性好,绿原酸的含量因部位的不同而有差异.

Abstract:The chlorogenic acid in the steins and leaves of Lonicera chrysantha Turcz. were extracted with ultrasonic extraction and analyzed with HPLC. The separation was preformed on Phenomsil C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, μm) with acetonitrile0.4%H_3PO_4 (13:87) as mobile phase. The results showed the contents of chlorogenic acid were different in different parts of Lonicera chrysantha Turcz. The linear range was 0.20-1.00 μg (r=0.999 8). The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 95.50%,RSD=2.86%. As a result, this method was simple, rapid with a good reproducibility.
