| 摘 要： | 目的研究穿龙薯蓣地上部分油状物的化学成分。方法采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术,分析穿龙薯蓣油状物的成分。结果气相色谱共分离出30多种化合物,经与质谱标准图谱比较检索出13种主要化学成分,含量较高的成分分别为二十九烷(41.52%)、三十一烷(34.61%)、二十七烷(7.67%)和庚烯(2.83%)等。结论穿龙薯蓣地上部分油状物化学成分主要为高级饱和烃。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the liposoluble components from the aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica.Makino.Methods The the liposoluble components from the aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica.Makino were analyzed By GC-MS-computer technology.Results There are more than 30 compounds have been found aggregately,13 compounds of them have been identified with the Computer standard spectra as Nonacosane(41.52%),Hentriacontane(34.61%),Hptacosane(7.67%),1-Heptene(2.83%) and etc.Conclusion The liposoluble components from the aerial parts of Dioscorea nipponica.Makino.is mainly higher saturant alkanes. |
