| 摘 要： | 采用不同制片方法对蜡梅 (Chimonanthuspraecox)根尖进行染色处理 ,结果表明 ,用质量浓度为 2g·L-1的秋水仙碱预处理根尖 ,体积分数为 45 %的醋酸离解 ,醋酸—洋红染色效果较好 .采用这种方法 ,在 15× 40倍的显微镜下可观察到 11对染色体 .

| Abstract: | Chimonanthus praecox root tip wa s stained with different methods. The results indicated that the staining effect was better under the conditions of pre-treating the root tip with 2 g*L－ 1 colchicines, disrupting by 45% acetic acid and staining with acetic ac id-magenta. With this method, eleven pairs of Chromosome were observed under th e microscope(multiple 15×40). |
