北京市密云地区鸡白痢流行病学调查

2006年3月1日-2010年4月,北京市密云县疫控中心对不同日龄鸡,进行鸡白痢平板凝集试验,规模(商品)蛋鸡检测数5380只,其中阳性数1737只,阳性率占30.8%,散养蛋鸡检测数3205只,其中阳性数1574只,阳性率占49.1%。流行病学调查显示:规模场蛋鸡和散养蛋鸡,120～260日龄鸡白痢检出阳性率较高,产蛋高峰过后(360～400日龄)的鸡机体抵抗力下降,鸡白痢阳性率较低,此时进行检验可见有部分阳性鸡转为阴性的情况,密云县散养蛋鸡鸡白痢阳性率比规模场蛋鸡阳性率高。鸡白痢导致密云县商品蛋鸡淘率高的重要因素之一,给广大鸡场或散养鸡户造成了严重的经济损失。

Epidemiological Investigations of Pullorum Disease in Miyun of Beijing

Miyun county of Beijing control center had done pullorum disease plate test to detect different days of age 5 380 scale(commodity) laying hen.Positive rate was 30.8% of 1 737,in laying hen positive rate was 49.1% of 1 574 in the total of 3 205.Epidemiological research shows that scale laying hen at 120～260 days of age positive rate was higher of eggs after the summit(360～400 days of age) the age structure resistance,positive rate lower and inspection may see some positive to negative hen,hen feed scattered laying hen higher than level game in Miyun.The pullorum disease lead to higher commodity laying hen that was an important factor for the laying hen farm to caused severe economic losses.
