| 摘 要： | 研究农村新型合作金融组织的创建路径对于中国多层次农村金融体系的构建以及合作金融组织可持续发展具有极其重要的理论价值和实践意义。文章分析了新型农村合作金融组织存在的问题，提出构建中国新型农村合作金融组织的发展路径。
