摘    要:本试验探讨了用甘蔗腋芽静态培养技术,快繁甘蔗良种,并在生产上大面积推广应用等问题。结果表明:1,腋芽液态静止培养技术,不经过脱分化过程,避免了2,4—D作用引起的变异;2.MET在1.5—3.0%的水平下对根的诱导有较好的促进作用;3.采用泡沫塑料种植盆种植,使二级苗成活率以及大田移栽成活率均可达到95%以上;4.甘蔗腋芽液培快繁技术为甘蔗良种繁育开创了一条新途径,展现了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:This paper inquired into the problem of fast propagation of sugarcane superior variety by sugarcane lateral bud still culture technology and widely popularizing and applicating it in production. The result indicated:(1) The lateral bud liquid still culture did not process dedifferentiation and the mutation caused by 2, 4-D could be avoided; (2) MET(1. 53. 0% ) had better promoting effect on plantlet's root regeneration;(3) Both survival rate of 2nd grade plantlet and field planting could attain more than 95% by planting plantlets in foamed plastics planting basin;(4) The fast propagation technology by sugarcane lateral bud liquid culture has opened a new way for sugarcane breeding and has shown better economic and social results.
