不同氮素水平下玉米水分利用率与光合特性的关系

摘    要:在拔节、吐丝、灌浆不同生育阶段,通过用LI-6400便携式光合仪对不同N水平下玉米叶片的光合参数和环境因子进行测定,研究了水分利用率(WUE)分别与光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)的关系.结果表明,在不同时期,NH处理下的WUE均比NL处理下的高.NH、NL处理下,WUE随Pn、Gs的升高而增加,当Pn、Gs分别超过23、22 μmolCO2/(m2·s)和0.20、0.18 mol/(m2·s)时,WUE下降;而当Tr小于3.00 mmolH2O/(m2·s)时,2个N水平下的WUE均随Tr的升高而增加,当Tr超过此范围,2个N处理下的WUE均下降.

Abstract:The photosynthesis parameter and environment factors of maize leaves were determined by LI-6400 portal photosyntometer at jointing,silk and filling stage under different N level to study the relation between water use efficiency and photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2intensity.The results showed that the water use efficiency under high N level was higher than that under low N level at different growth stage,the water use efficiency increased wit...
