图书馆地方性法规、规章之工作人员规定研究

对9个图书馆地方性法规、规章之工作人员规定逐个进行了述评。图书馆地方性法规、规章之工作人员规定的价值有：构成部分较齐备,馆长负责制和馆长一些规定内容可为图书馆立法所用,关于工作人员的任职条件规定对图书馆立法具有参考价值。它的不足包括：提高图书馆专业人员业务水平培训的规定不够具体,适应数字图书馆发展的内容缺乏,工作人员权利和义务规定薄弱。针对它的价值和不足,对我国图书馆立法中工作人员规定提出了建议。
