| 摘 要： | 通过对转型时期我国农村环境污染问题的分析,指出目前我国农村环境污染存在着源头多、数量大、范围广、后果重的问题,提出应加强转型时期农村环境污染的防治和完善我国农村环境污染方面法律的立法建议。

| Abstract: | In this article the environmental pollution of Chinese rural areas was analyzed during transitional period,and the result indicated that the environmental problem had many sources,a large scale,broad range and severe result.Because of the inquiry and without the adjustment of the law in reality,some legislative advices on both strengthening and completing the law of prevention from pollution in rural areas were put forward. |
